Once published the Posting Party retains responsibility for the form and content of the certificate or notice.

Buidworks Canada will bear no liability whatsoever for any error or omission, including failure to publish any certificate or notice. In the event that a third party brings a claim related to the posting or its content, the Posting Party agrees to wholly indemnify Buildworks Canada.
